Recruiter Responsibilities:

Deliver and support recruitment initiatives for the entire staffing cycle, from initial consultation with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, salary negotiation, pre-employment screening, and new hire orientation.

- Advise and counsel leadership & employees on policies/procedures related to Talent Acquisition, employment laws, diversity, and organizational design to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
- Track headcount for South Region Engineering Operations.
- Protect company’s interests by ensuring all legal requirements for equal employment and compliance are met.
- Train hiring managers on Behavioral Interviewing to ensure fair and legal treatment among employees.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

Partner with management and employees on developing and implementing strategies, which support T-Mobile as the “Best Place to Work”.

- Investigate employee and manager complaints regarding violations of company’s policies
- Coach managers and employees on employee related issues (performance management, investigations, HR and Company policies/procedures)
- Conduct focus group sessions within markets with managers and employees on ESS related topics
