I’m a seasoned Senior Project/Program Manager and General Manager with strong abilities in executing large projects and optimizing organizations to achieve maximum growth, contract execution, supply chain management (supplier reselection and monitoring) and securing market share. I have managed and produced new revenues and/or savings of over $100 Million for my employers over the past ten years. I have over 25 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, construction, logistics, program and project management, telecommunications and engineering. With over 18 years in a management and as a proven leader in other various capacities and programs. I have advanced experience with all of the MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access and many other programs). For over 25 years, I have demonstrated and performed operational, technical, and business analysis, as well as management experience and expertise at many levels. I’m a self-starter with ability to manage projects and relationships independently, as well as within the programs structure and guidelines.
In various management roles, I have demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, network, collaborate and accomplish goals utilizing other team members in a diverse employee environment and organization. I have excellent writing and oral communication skills, with specific expertise in management reporting and executive writing. Established project schedules and budgets for specific on-site activities, and monitored the progress for meeting project schedules and budget requirements.
