inCode is looking for two experienced RF Engineers to join our team full-time for a Summer start.

RF Engineer (UMTS / LTE)


Requirements:
 3+ years of working RF Engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a UMTS network
 Experience working with LTE
 1+ years of working on wireless network testing and trials.
 Up to 100% travel
 Ability to work on different shifts
 Hold a valid US driver’s license
 Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education:
 BSEE (Electrical Engineering) or equivalent required, advanced degree preferred/plus

Skills Required:
 Technical Expertise – Demonstrates expertise in wireless trials and test case development and execution.
 Client Relations – Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications; must be able to work individually on a client site and provide value to client.
 Project Management – Assure quality assurance, timely deliverables, and proper documentation of project deliverables as an individual or as team leader of an engineering team of peers, juniors, client personnel, and vendor resources.
 Knowledge – Thorough knowledge and experience in at least two major wireless technologies. UMTS must be one of them.


Tools:
 Extensive knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
 Good knowledge: Microsoft Project, VBA (Visual Basic)
 Engineering Tools such as:
 RF Planning and Network Design
 Wireless Network Data Collection
 Network Data Post-processing
 Network Monitoring
